Agentic Harness, LLC ("Agentic Harness," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform at agenticharness.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account or sign up, we collect your email address and the password you set (stored as a secure hash — we never store plain-text passwords).

Project information: When you submit a project, we collect the details you provide, including your business idea, goals, target audience, budget preferences, and any supporting documents or specifications you upload.

Communications: Messages you send through the platform chat, email correspondence with our team, and feedback you provide are stored and associated with your account.

Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, actions taken, session duration, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Payment data: Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. We may retain billing records including amounts, dates, and plan types.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and deliver your project submissions
• Communicate with you about your projects, billing, and support requests
• Improve the Service, train and evaluate our AI systems, and develop new features
• Send you service-related notifications (e.g., project status updates, invoices)
• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

We do not use your personal information to send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent. If we send promotional communications, you may opt out at any time.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database provider. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase implements industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS).

Files and assets you upload are stored in Supabase Storage, which uses object storage with access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., Supabase for database storage, Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority, we may disclose your information.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

6. AI Processing

Agentic Harness uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to process your project submissions and power platform features. Your project details and chat messages may be sent to these AI providers for processing. We do not permit AI providers to use your data to train their models beyond what is required for the immediate service, and we select providers with appropriate data protection agreements in place.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions and remember your login state. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly without them.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
